ABC=NYC. I hate to gush #sorryI’mnotsorry, but this place is everything. Interesting cocktails, seasonal ingredients, and a beautiful, dimly lit setting. We poured over the menu, salivated, and sipped our apple-cider-inspired cocktails. The fish & chips, which were spectacularly flaky, fresh, and crisp. The warm mushroom farro salad was super earthy with a spicy kick , nicely balanced by the fresh, citrus-y tuna sashimi dish. My pizza was a generous portion of crisp, chewy dough topped with salty pancetta & sweet dates. The highlight, by far, was the roasted butternut squash, which melted in my mouth amongst the crunchy toasted hazelnuts, creamy goat cheese, and acidic pickled onions. We regrettably passed on dessert, but I’m having serious FOMO about the allegedly insane bacon ice cream sundae.Go here, order these dishes, and thank me later. Just learn from my mistakes and don’t skip the sundae.
