Meat Market has teamed up with globally-renowned mixologist John Lermayer to host a special Culinary & Cocktail Dinner on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 7:30 pm. The dinner, priced at $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity) will feature five delicious courses of innovative cuisine by executive chef/co-owner Sean Brasel. Each course will be paired with creative libations curated by Lermayer, who spearheaded Miami’s cocktail movement and has created beverage programs throughout the country.

Amuse Bouche
Chilled tomato and strawberry gazpacho, strawberry-tequila jalapeño ice, crab salad
Welcome Cocktail – Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Spring 44 Honey Vodka infused with cherry rose hip tea, fresh lemon and Champagne
First Course
South Texas quail stuffed with foie gras and chanterelle mushrooms, served with a chipotle-rum sauce
Lincoln Road Daiquiri – Santa Teresa 1796, vanilla cooked agave nectar, fresh squeezed lemon, pineapple juice, black walnut bitters, finished with grated nutmeg
Second Course
Wood-grilled Scottish salmon, Sambuca potato cakes, charred corn and fennel salsa
The Kings Punch – Hendricks gin, Pimm’s, wild strawberry, demerara sugar, fresh cucumbers, lavender bitters and mint
Third Course
Dry aged slow roasted Creekstone Farms prime ribeye steak, bourbon apple au-jus, maple braised endive and squash puree
Johns Ginger Apple Julep – Granny Smith cider, baby ginger and Hudson rye whiskey, crushed ice
Fourth Course
American whiskey peach cobbler with smoked brown sugar bacon ice cream
Espresso Expression – Ocho Anejo tequila with espresso, light dusting of artisinal chocolates
