The Perfect Bouquet

Buying local produce in Miami means buying beautiful, colorful, vibrant food. As I’ve proclaimed many times on this blog, I’ve never been much of a vegetable eater, but visiting the farmer’s markets encourage me to try new vegetables (yes, until recently, a carrot was a new vegetable for me). Skip Publix and head to your local market – the prices are better, the produce is better, and thus, the final product will be better! -Stef
